Exchange Policy

Thank you for shopping at Zyker Jeans Co. We strive to provide high-quality products and excellent customer service. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

1. Exchanges

1.1. If you need to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your purchase.

1.2. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.

2. Exceptions

2.1. Certain items are not eligible for exchange, including:

  • Items marked as final sale.
  • Customized or personalized items.
  • Undergarments or swimwear (for hygiene reasons).

2.2. We reserve the right to refuse exchanges on items that do not meet the above criteria.

3. Exchange Process

3.1. To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team at info@zykerjeans.in to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

3.2. Once you have received your RMA number, please securely package your item and include the RMA number on the outside of the package.

3.3. You are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning or exchanging an item, unless the exchange is due to our error or a defective product.
